New Patients – Your First Dental Visit

We are always excited to meet new patients. We genuinely enjoy getting to know you and introducing you to our clinic. We understand visiting the dentist can be a nervous time, but we will endeavor to make your first experience with us as smooth and painless as possible.

When you first arrive at our clinic, you will be greeted by our friendly nurse and receptionists. Our waiting room is styled with comfortable chairs, up-to-date magazines, books and water refreshments. To ensure we provide the safest and best care to you, we will provide you with a medical questionnaire form to complete. To save you time, we ask you print and fill out our form and bring it in with you.

During your first consultation, our dentists will ask questions and listen to you so that they can better know and understand you. We get that you are more than just teeth. We will examine your jaws, gums, teeth and take any necessary digital X-rays and high quality images with our DSLR so that we can have a detailed conversation with you. Rest assured helping you to understand your health is our priority.

Finally, we pride ourselves on affordable dental care, which is why your first dental Check-up will be GAP-FREE! If you are with a health fund, you will have no out of pocket costs. If not, the cost of the entire visit is only $180.

  • No-Gap on above treatments or their dental item codes 011, 022, 114, 072, 121 if a patient is with health insurance dental cover. Patient must have sufficient funds remaining to claim benefits otherwise the appointment is capped at $180.
  • Patients without health insurance dental cover pay only $180 for the above.
  • Health fund card must be present on the day of service otherwise full fees apply.
  • Full payment is required on the day of service.
