   -Convenient private carpark behind the clinic
-Dr Han and dental nurse Renata were very friendly and easy going
-Dr Han explained how I can better take care of my teeth
-Modern clinic with lots of equipment
-Appointment didn't feel rushed like at previous places I have been where cleans are done in 10 mins and you still get charged the full amount
-They were on time!!! Once I waited more than an hr for my appt and the dentist didn't even apologise

   I have had a positive and good experience with the team in Sapphire Dentistry. The reception team is always courteous and well organised. Nurses are nice and friendly.
Dr Paul and Dr Kevin are caring and patient Professionals. The quality of their work is high; I am most impressed by the fillings work

   Dr Bhagda is very  approachable, knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly communicate. He also takes the time to listen,  treat and to educate which is very reaasuring.    The team at Sapphire Dentistry are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’ve been visiting the clinic for over a year now and I’m still blown away by their level of professionalism and care. I couldn’t be happier with my Invisalign treatment with Dr Paul. He is a great communicator and is passionate about what he does. I’m in love with my new smile!
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Bhagya, he was very reassuring when I was nervous about the procedure. I was able to relax and watch Netflix while he extracted my teeth, it was a stress free experience!

   I'm a no frills kind of person- someone who has only ever attended 'corporate' health fund dental health centres before. Having attended Sapphire Dentistry to see Dr Han as a new patient yesterday, I now understand what it's like to see a dentist who genuinely cares about your health, and the health of your teeth. Dr Han immediately made me feel at ease, and took the time to patiently explain key dental concepts and answering questions in a way even I could understand, and was encouraging, rather disapproving. You could see her care and attention to detail, and the modern practice was a bonus (they even had netflix!). Having experienced Sapphire dentistry and the friendly staff there, I will never go back to being 'just a number' at a corporate place again.
